Seriously? I'm past the point of wanting to grow up! Now I want to be young again!

Following back from Wednesday. Sorry it took me so long! I am trying to lose 10lbs that have stuck on since baby #2 so I look forward to reading your blog.

To get healthy I practice portion control all the time. I also track my calories when I am really stressed out because I am an emotional eater. I need to start exercising on a regular basis again, but I can't get out of slacker mode. I usually do a combo of running and at home workout dvds.
